Far North Allergy is a private billing practice. Payment is processed upon the completion of your consultation and must be paid on the day.  Future appointments will not be made if there are any outstanding accounts.
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and No Shows will incur a $200 fee for new and review appointments and $50 for Immunotherapy review/reordering appointments.
